what we believe
•In the divine, verbal inspiration of the Old and New Testaments and believe them to be the very Word of God.
•In the Godhead; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit; three distinct personalities, constituting the One God.
•That Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.
•In the death, burial, resurrection, ascension and personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
•That every born-again person is in the Body of Christ and that only through the redemptive blood of the Lord Jesus Christ can we be saved, by grace through faith.
•In the infilling of the Holy Spirit, subsequent to salvation, with the divine evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance, as recorded in Acts 2:4.
•In the gifts of the Spirit and that they should be in operation in the church today, as recorded in 1 Corinthians, Chapter 12.
•That to win Christ as our Bridegroom, it is necessary to live a practical, sanctified, and consecrated life to God. Phil. 3:7-14, Rev. 19:7,8, also in the resurrection and translation of believers in ranks at the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thes. 4:13-18; 1 Cor. 15:22,23,41,42,51 and Matt. 27:52,53.
•In the ordinance of baptism by immersion, for those who have believed.
•In the ordinance of communion for those who are in fellowship with the Lord.
•In being subject to the laws of our government and to those in authority, unless such laws interfere with freedom of our worship. We also believe in the defense of our country with the privilege of choosing non-combat service, if called to defend our country.
•In the eternal punishment of all Christ rejecters Matt. 25:41,46; John 3:3 and Rev. 20:10,15.
•In eternal redemption and the two natures of the believer.
•In the second coming of Jesus Christ and His reign of one thousand years over the earth.
